Advance Purchase Rate

100% deposit is due at the time of booking. Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled. No modifications are allowed.

Standard Rate

Credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. 24-hour cancellation policy (must be cancelled by 3pm the day prior to arrival). Changes to the reservations must be made 24 h prior to arrival.

Check in. Check Out

Check in time starts at 4pm
Check out time is before 11am    
Minimum age required to check-in is 21.  

Pet Policy

We have pet friendly rooms, please call the Hotel for details. Pet fee is $35 per day.

Smoking Policy

Boxboro Regency is a non-smoking property. A $250 penalty fee will be charged for smoking anywhere in the Hotel.

Early Departures

• No refunds will be given on advanced purchase, non-refundable reservations
• For standard reservations, 24-hour prior to arrival notice is required
• For group reservations, please refer to your contract.  Exceptions may apply.
