Advance Purchase Rate

100% deposit is due at the time of booking. Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled. No modifications are allowed.

Standard Rate

Credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. 24-hour cancellation policy (must be cancelled by 3pm the day prior to arrival).

Check in. Check Out

Check in time starts at 4pm
Check out time is before 11am    
Minimum age required to check-in is 21.  

Pet Policy

We have pet friendly rooms, please call the Hotel for details. Pet fee is $35 per day.

Smoking Policy

Boxboro Regency is a non-smoking property. A $250 penalty fee will be charged for smoking anywhere in the Hotel.

Early Departures

• No refunds will be given on advanced purchase, non-refundable reservations
• For standard reservations, 24-hour notice is required
• For group reservations, please refer to your contract.  Exceptions may apply.
